This project was conceded under the nice supervision and guidance of Teacher Name whose deep devotion, dedication to her profession and her kind behavior towards students are worth mentioning. She has guided me in all problems that I have acted not only during project period but throughout the session. She is really nice teacher. I am thankful to my partner’s. ADMISSION SYSTEM
The human need to judge the knowledge and learning of many persons at the same time and grade them accordingly Gave birth to the system of admission. As record the student, the admission make them hard work to go through all the course of the studies.

In the APS&C the admission system depends on the following steps.

ADMISSION SYSTEM
In our project we made the admission system so easy for the teachers and the college staff. In this admission system we made the following tables

3) Text table
The tables are used to store the data

The table holds the information about the student.

QUERIES
Queries are used to retrieve data from database. A query is a question or statement that is used t obtains information from a database. It consists of command that is written t retrieved and display record from database according to given criteria. The result of query is in the form of table. In our project there are following queries.

Forms are used to enter data. Forms make us easy to enter the data in the database. In our database project following forms are used.

DESIGN
The most challenging and creative phase of the system life cycle is system design. The term design describes a final system and process by which it is developed.
It refers to the technical specification what will be applied in implementing the candidate system. After converting that current system in to computerized system the system will work very fast. User will have no problem by employee of this section. It will have more performance in less time.
IMPLEMENTATION
The implementation phase is less creative system design. It is the primarily concerned with user training. Self preparation and file conversion with the candidate system is like a terminal or remote sets in the telecommunication network along with the system are also including under implementation. We purpose to the department that our system should be computerized.
POST IMPLEMENTATION
After installation is complete the user’s staff is adjusted to the change by the candidate system evaluation and maintenance begins. Our proposed computerized system is working very well. We have made program for the computer system in visual basic. It is creating no problem for them. If department changes it’s planning to implement it on one computer in this section, then only one reason will perform this job.
The whole system of new connection is very slow. The reason is that this system is non computerized system. After converting this system in the computerized system it will be very effective.
ANALYSIS
Analysis is the detailed study of the various operations performed by a system and its relationship with in and outside of the system a key question is: What must be done to solve time problem? During this analysis data is collected on the available files decision points, and transaction handled by the present system. For example data flow diagram, interview, on site commonly used tools in analysis. It requires special skill and sensitivity to the subject being interviewed. Bias in data collection and enter predation can be a problem. Training, experience, and common sense required for collection of information needed to do the analysis.
REPORTS
Report is used to arrange data in our own style. It is used to printout our data on page. It is used to show our data on the page through printer.
QUALITIES OF OUR PROJECT
First of all we enter data of books and borrowers. Now we have a facility to get information about any book by enter assassination number of the book. We can see any information about the book and borrowers. We can see the books that have been issued.
CURRENT SYSTEM
All the current system works manually and slowly. It has many problems for users and employee.
CANDIDATE SYSTEM
All the candidate systems will be computerized. All the systems will have computer networking. No employee and user will have problem. All the problems will be solving by this candidate system in current system.
